Tim Howe is a Partner with Ocean Partners. He was formerly a Partner with Ernst & Young in the Corporate Finance advisory group, and has worked extensively in the United States, Souh East Asia and Australia. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Lincoln University.

Sarah Ott

Sarah Ott is a Partner with Ocean Partners. She was formerly an Executive Director with Ernst & Young in the Corporate Finance Division and has held various previous Chief Financial Officer roles. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Lincoln University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Stephen Davis is a Director of Credo Group (U.K.) Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant. He was previously a partner at BDO Stoy Hayward (where he was head of property and a non-executive director of their investment management subsidiary) and latterly the CFO of Telecom Plus PLC (a company listed on the LSE).

Alan Noik

Alan Noik is the Managing Director of Credo Capital Plc. He is a chartered accountant. He was formerly a founder of Moores Rowland Financial Services, a joint venture with Moores Rowland (CA) SA.
